THE ARTIST
Charlotte Wyatt is an emerging artist whose works which are sometimes humorous and sometimes darker, explore the emotional relationship between the visceral and the idea of the eternal with images that are, to a greater or lesser degree, abstracted through swift, gestural marks.
‘I draw my inspiration from relationships of all kinds - artist and subject; animals and humans; humans and humans; energy, moods and instinct..the way in which I apply the paint or charcoal will reflect the sensations I am remembering or feeling.’
The work is displayed in 4 different series, each containing a mixture of original works and some available to buy as prints.
